AI-native full-stack product engineer

One engineer who takes things from idea to production: frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, all built with AI. You work on the Abigel.ai voice platform, SaaS products, telecom/voice and web3 projects, use AI coding agents as everyday tools, and ship fast with real product sense.

Remote within Europe, or hybrid in Budapest Full-time or part-time; contractor is also an option

Details

What you will do

  • Build web front ends with React, Astro and TypeScript
  • Write backends and APIs in Node with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Develop mobile apps in Flutter or React Native
  • Assemble voice AI agents (STT, LLM, TTS) and build RAG and LLM API integrations into Abigel.ai
  • Run what you build: Docker, CI/CD, Linux servers, monitoring
  • Decide directly with the business side what gets built first and what can wait

Who you are

  • You have shipped a production product end to end and can show it
  • You are confident in TypeScript and Node, and an SQL query doesn’t scare you
  • You use AI coding agents every day and know when not to trust them
  • You have built something on an LLM API and understand its limits (latency, cost, hallucination)
  • You read and write technical English well

Nice to have

  • You have worked with real-time voice: telephony, SIP, WebRTC or streaming STT/TTS
  • You have a published Flutter or React Native app
  • You know the basics of web3 and blockchain

Content creator & product face – Abigel.ai

You will be the face people connect with Abigel.ai, showing in short videos what an AI assistant that answers the phone can actually do. Idea, camera, edit, post, repeat.

Remote within Europe, or hybrid in Budapest Full-time or part-time; freelance is also an option

Details

What you will do

  • Make short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from first idea to published post
  • Shoot product demos that show how the Voice AI answers a call and books an appointment
  • Represent Abigel.ai on camera across social channels, live streams and events
  • Decide with the product team which feature the next video should be about
  • Track what works and refine the formats based on the numbers

Who you are

  • You are natural on camera, and it shows in your footage
  • You have your own content or channel to show us
  • You shoot and edit fast, phone included (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
  • You are curious about AI and can explain it so anyone gets it

Nice to have

  • You are also confident on camera in Hungarian or Spanish
  • You have made content for a brand or a B2B product before
  • You know your way around lighting and sound

Key account manager

You own our most important client relationships from the first meeting to renewal, whether it is an Abigel.ai rollout or a custom software project. You understand their business and know when to say yes and when to say no.

What you will do

  • Map client needs and put together proposals with our developers
  • Negotiate price, scope and deadlines, and close the deal
  • Act as the client’s main point of contact during an Abigel.ai rollout
  • Spot where we can help existing clients further and prepare renewals in good time
  • Keep the pipeline and CRM clean so anyone can see where a deal stands

Who you are

  • You have experience in B2B sales or account management
  • You negotiate confidently with business owners and don’t flinch at a tough question
  • You understand technology well enough to talk credibly about software and AI
  • You negotiate fluently in English

Nice to have

  • You have sold SaaS, AI solutions or custom development before
  • You know the healthcare, services or retail sector
  • You speak Hungarian or another European language

Social media & community manager

You set how Abigel.ai and ProCat sound on social media, and you talk to the people who talk back. You plan, write and moderate, and you know when speed matters.

What you will do

  • Build and run the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Write post copy and plan videos together with our content creator
  • Reply to comments and messages, and handle the tricky situations
  • Watch trends and move fast when something fits us
  • Sum up every month what worked and what we will do differently

Who you are

  • You have run a brand or company social channel and can show the results
  • You write short, lively copy in English
  • You have a feel for tone: you know what works for a B2B brand and what doesn’t
  • You are at home in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok

Nice to have

  • You have worked with a B2B or tech brand
  • You can do basic graphics and video editing (Canva, CapCut)
  • You have handled a crisis in a comment thread before

Growth & performance marketer

Your job is to get more businesses to find and try Abigel.ai. You work with ads, landing pages and experiments, and the numbers make the call.

Remote within Europe, or hybrid in Budapest Full-time or part-time, to be agreed

Details

What you will do

  • Build and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads
  • Test landing pages and messages to turn more leads into customers
  • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, conversion tracking, UTMs)
  • Run an experiment roadmap: hypothesis, test, result, decision
  • Plan for the Hungarian, international and Spanish-speaking markets

Who you are

  • You have managed ad spend hands-on and can tell us what you learned from it
  • You are at home in spreadsheets and dashboards
  • You understand the B2B funnel from first click to signed contract
  • You work confidently in English

Nice to have

  • You have worked on a SaaS or B2B tech product
  • You have used SEO tools or marketing automation
  • You speak Spanish

Product marketing manager – Abigel.ai

You translate what the engineers build into the language customers buy in. Positioning, messaging, launches: you shape how Abigel.ai meets the market.

What you will do

  • Define Abigel.ai’s positioning and key messages for each customer segment
  • Own feature launches from engineering through to sales and marketing
  • Run customer interviews and keep track of what competitors are doing
  • Create sales material: one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies
  • Write and maintain website and product page copy

Who you are

  • You have experience in product marketing, product management or B2B marketing
  • You write clearly and can turn a complex feature into a clear benefit
  • You enjoy talking to customers and turning what you hear into concrete messaging
  • You work smoothly with several teams at once

Nice to have

  • You have worked on a SaaS or AI product
  • You have led a product launch from start to finish
  • You also write well in Hungarian or Spanish
